Homemade iced tea with herbs refreshes

It's as refreshing as it looks. We are talking about iced tea, which you can easily prepare from home. If you prefer herbs to sugary lemonades, our tip is perfect for you.

You will only need a loose herbal blend, lemons, mint and ice cubes. Of our herbal blends, this time I've chosen Harmony, which contains mint, chamomile, calendula, fennel, meadowsweet, and Benedictine marigold in addition to cannabis.

If you prepare one cup, two teaspoons of the herbal blend will be enough. You pour warm water over these and let them sit for a maximum of three minutes. I used a double-sided strainer for preparation, but you may still find that the herbs remain in the mug. In this case, you can still run the tea through the strainer a few times to make it clear.

If you prefer sweeter drinks, you can add a spoonful of honey. I personally prefer the taste of herbs, so I didn't add honey this time. Let the tea cool and then just add ice cubes, fresh mint and a few lemon wedges. I admit that I don't know any better refreshment in summer.
