Harmonia - Herbal mix with hemp for better digestion, 50 g

Ingredients:

Hemp - lowers blood pressure, reduces pain, helps with insomnia, promotes appetite, reduces cramps, relieves muscle tension, may prevent cardiovascular disease, good for calming the mind

Peppermint - is known for its positive effects on digestion, promotes normal digestive and bowel function, counteracts bloating and aids relaxation and sleep

Lnica floris - helps with gallbladder, kidney and bladder inflammation, stomach acidity and heartburn, anti-inflammatory

Calendula flower - promotes normal digestion, liver and intestinal function, used in detoxification of the body and as an ingredient in cosmetic products for skin care

Chamomile flower - anti-inflammatory, relieves cramps, increases sweating during fever, cleanses the blood and helps the liver get rid of toxins

Fennel fruit - promotes normal digestion, improves the production of digestive juices, is beneficial for bloating and cramps in the stomach and intestines, increases the production of breast milk and promotes coughing up of mucus

St. John's wort - helps maintain normal digestive functions, stimulates the production of digestive juices, promotes appetite, used for gallbladder problems

Chubet benedict marigold - has a beneficial effect on the gallbladder, liver and stomach, improves digestion, stimulates appetite and is diuretic, has antiviral and antibacterial effects

Preparation:

Pour two to three teaspoons of the mixture over boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes. Always prepare the infusion fresh.
