Using our CBD oils is very simple. Just drip the desired amount of oil under your tongue and leave it on for 60 seconds. Then swallow the oil. It takes time to work out the correct dosage. The precise daily oil intake cannot be specified exactly, as each person requires a different approach. To determine if your chosen concentration of oil is helping you enough, you should take CBD daily for at least 1 to 2 weeks. Slowly increase your intake and, above all, listen to your body's response. Divide the total daily intake (number of drops) and consume it throughout the day, ideally in 2 or 3 doses.
