Preparation of a vegetarian burger with CBD oil

Mira Polák, chef of the renowned Club on Earth in Příbram and Masterchef Czech Republic 2019 participant, will show you that a great burger doesn't have to be made only of beef. Try Hemnia's recipe for a juicy veggie burger with tofu.

What will you need?

  • Spinach
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Tomato salsa
  • Mango salsa
  • Basil salsa
  • Smoked tofu
  • Onion
  • Bun
  • Grated gouda
  • Olive oil
  • Hemnia CBD oil (we used 25% hemp CBD oil)

How to do it?

Fry the bulgur and smoked tofu in a pan with olive oil. Once the tofu is sauteed on the other side, put the onions and gouda on top. Lower the flame and cover the tofu and cheese to allow the cheese to melt. In the meantime, start layering the herb sauce, mango salsa (mango, olive oil, lime, cilantro, black sesame) and baby spinach on top of the browned bun. Then we can add the toasted tofu with cheese and onion, drizzle with olive oil, add pepper and tomato salsa (tomatoes, salt, pepper, onion, olive oil) and barbecue sauce. To finish, drizzle with Hemnia CBD hemp oil, top with a bun, secure with a skewer to hold the burger and serve. Enjoy.
