Oatmeal with CBD oil with mint flavour

Oatmeal porridge is a great breakfast or snack. We have prepared a delicious and simple recipe for porridge with mint CBD oil in cooperation with the Earth Club in Pribram. Its chef Míra Polák, a finalist of the Masterchef Czech Republic 2019 competition, will show you how to prepare a dish that will please even the most delicate palate in a few minutes.

How to do it?

  • First, prepare a stock of plums or blum, which you sauté in butter and let it boil.
  • In the meantime, fry the diced apples in butter in a pan. Then add the coconut, which you let toast until golden brown, the chia seeds, cinnamon and dates, which you mix together. At this point, it's time to add the oatmeal, which we left soaking in water for ten minutes before preparing. If you prefer your porridge softer and thinner, we recommend adding more water and mixing all the ingredients well to combine the flavours.
  • Sweeten the porridge with date syrup and add lime juice and grated chocolate for flavour.
  • Add plum sauce, cinnamon and chocolate to taste to the finished porridge. As an imaginary "icing on the cake," use Hemnia's 10% CBD oil with mint flavor to elevate the whole dish, give it a unique flavor and kick you up a notch with a dose of energy.
